Biography: Wolfgang Pempe is research associate at the Research and Development Department of the Goettingen State and University Library and involved in the projects DARIAH, SHAMAN and TextGrid. After graduating in Assyriology he worked as software developer / XML expert at a typesetting company and an internet agency. He is co-founder and director of Saphor GmbH, an IT service provider.
